The curved seating and the low balcony help give the Central Presbyterian Church a comforting ambience. This church in Galt, built between 1880 and 1889, has a sanctuary that seats 500 and a large choir loft with a grand piano and a pipe organ. The red velvet cushions make the pews just that much more comfortable while you listen. A full view of the outside can be seen here.
