This new-ish Oakville location of the consistently award winning Bahn Thai restaurant makes a bold statement with this heavy swinging door. The food was supreme though service is a bit slow, which gives you more time to take in the sumptuous decor. Unfortunately it was too dark for interior photos.

  1. Wow – what a door!

  2. That door gives us an intriguing view, and we think – if the door in catches our imagination, how artistic is the food served inside? As for slow service, we rush all about most of the time – slow means we will take the time to savor the exotic cuisine!

  3. I love this architecture…what a fabulous mix of modern design elements and wood.

  4. Oh my goodness, that is beautiful! It looks like something from another world. If they spend half as much effort on the food as they do on their building design, I’m sure it was delicious 🙂
Great find – thanks so much for sharing it!

  5. Yes! Fantastic door!
«Louis» thanks you for this fine contribution to Monday Doorways!

  7. interesting door and architectural details on the front of this building….

  8. Love that door! Its horizontal decor works so well with the facade and the horizontal blinds on the windows.

  9. Interesting and nice door.

    Regards and best wishes
