Yesterday, I showed the inside of the Great Hall of the city hall building. Here is the north entrance with a good view of the pyramid skylight over the atrium.

Glass pyramids are such a great design feature to bring in light. But I would never have expected the outside to look the way it does after seeing the building from within.

With these two posts, you have done a great job of highlighting the contradiction in exterior and interior style, one clean and practical, the other with limitless potential for the imagination to soar.
I love the clock tower and the glass — I’m going backwards, so off now to look at the inside.
Looks like this one building has covered the entire spectrum of shapes. Circles, triangles, rectangles, squares it seems to have them all.
