This was taken a couple of years ago at the Ottawa Tulip Festival, held in May when everything is green and the tulips are at their best. This year will be the festival’s 60th anniversary. Here we see a view out past the fence over the Ottawa River towards Parliament Hill. That is Colonel John By standing amongst the tulips.
