Colborne Street in Brantford had the longest stretch of pre-Confederate buildings in Ontario. This is the side of the street that was not demolished in 2010. (And yes, I see that the date on that white building, the Masonic Hall, says 1869)

A beautiful stretch of old buildings, too bad they tore down the building where A.G. Bell placed his first telephone call and the other side of the road!

What a shame that the other buildings were demolished! What were they thinking? THEY WEREN’T! These are so cool looking! I love the photo effect!
