  1. Nice one, Lesley. It is a philosophic reflection on freedom, as well as the physical reflection of sky and environment on the gaol windows…

  2. The stone facade is fantastic!

  3. What a clever find…the reverse of last week. Love the stonework. It is beautiful. YOu really did do a nie job with this capture. genie

  4. Beautifully composed!

  5. great reflection, sometimes we don’t remember to look at windows to get a good photo.

  6. Very clever reflections, Lesley. Can see BOTH chimneys in this one, of the gaol (still spelled like that in Canada?) and the courthouse.

    • this particular one is, probably because that is how it was spelled at the time. but we use jail colloquially – or officially, the more cumbersome ‘correctional centre’

  7. Pretty cool to be able to capture a reflection looking in both directions. I like old courthouses. They speak to the aspriations of settler folk, no matter the country.

  8. the building is fantastic!
I love stone work like that
