One of the chimneys of the Waterloo County Gaol is reflected in the windows of the Kitchener Provincial Courthouse. The gaol is the oldest existing government building in Kitchener (built 1852) and is still used for traffic court. There is also a reflection of a crane used for the new library being built next door. The sailboat seems to be inside someone’s office.
