The glass facade of the new central branch of the Hamilton Public Library on York Boulevard. The old building was demolished in 2009 and reopened along with the attached Farmers Market in late 2010.

This image is delightful Lesley. You captured the light (and shadows) perfectly, not too dark at all. I like human touch with the reflections of the two women in the window.
Thanks for your visit and comments. Low Tide on the Delaware is light because it was a bright sunny day with very strong sunshine. But, there are still some very deep shadows in the image. The decision to print light or dark is an aesthetic one. I rely on my intuition and sometimes it’s right. LOL

That is a magical place to capture reflection : well done !
they polish the glass well to give you a perfect reflection.
What I like about this library is that it’s modern, but not “space agey”, if you know what I mean; it still fits the environment… as perfectly seen in the reflection.
It’s almost as good as a mirror. Keep on clicking.
