From the Sculpture Park at the Gananoque River, a view of the concrete King Street Bridge. Antique effect used to soften the view.

  1. That’s an interesting sculpture, Lesley. I like how you processed this photo.

    • thanks. I won’t pretend to understand this sculpture at all, but it looks good with the utilitarian bridge in the background!

  2. I like the effect of the antiquing. It really does soften the overall image. The sculptures are so interesting. At first I though they were sculpted from wood, but now I think it is concrete just like the bridge. Nice shot.

  3. the bridge seems to blend into the background in this view!

  4. a side of Ontario I never imagined!
Thanks for sharing it with us.

  5. Cool with the sculpture in the front though I would have liked it in colour ( the sculpture, I mean!)

  6. I agree with EG’s comment as well as your reply to her, Lesley. Super addition to Sunday Bridges.

  7. Stone building, concrete bridge and sculpture, all make a cohesive composition.

  8. Such strong sculptures – go well with the bridge and your antiquing!
