A house with a prime view out over the banks of the Rideau River. Apart from the interesting design of the house I am taken with the two trees in the centre – one slim and upward, the other filled out and downward (and so willowy in the breeze!)

  1. Weeping willows are particularly pretty this time of year.

  2. Looks like a very nice place to live on 🙂 So near by the water!

  3. I would love to live on the water.

  4. The willow looks so beautiful and feathery! Adore that flowing balcony design round the house! Not sure that I would feel safe with the river so close, but the view would be wonderful!

  5. How wonderful to be able to live by the water — I think I’d love it!
    Such a lovely photo, Lesley.

  6. I like the trees. I expect I would like to live there. But the house itself . . . not so struck!

  7. that one tree is especially intriguing.

  8. I like the water and the house but it’s too close to the water. With the flooding that we saw today and the past few days seems like it’s scary to live close to the water anymore. Thanks for sharing!!

    beautiful location for a house.

  10. Water is always nice addition to a house such as river, waterfalls and etc. I love the house and look at those windows!
