  1. Charm is right… (The Panasonic Lumix lets you set it at ISO 100? My Nikon’s lowest setting is 200.)

  2. This is a cool foot bridge. I bet there are some great photo ops of the lake from that bridge.

    • It is a very small lake – maybe a 15 minute walk around it. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any of the abundant wildlife. sigh.

  3. Looks like a scene from a movie! Lovely b&w capture 😀

  4. is it really called Fairy Lake? cute name.:p
and this photo is marvelous–love the black an white treatment.

  5. Fairy Lake? How lovely!
    I like your B&W photo:)

  6. I love this wooden bridge – so charming and inviting with the shadows of the leaves playing across it. This looks great in b/w!

  7. Is Southampton anywhere near Windsor? I was a uni student in 1975-77. Wonder how much have changed since such a lot of water have flowed under the bridge.

  8. It certainly is charming.

  9. The bridge looks like it’s the perfect compliment to Fairy Lake. The dark treatment looks like twilight.

  10. A lovely little bridge. Great choice for the Sunday series!
