Built in 1890, this building has housed many different establishments with resulting name changes, but this corner tower still proudly bears the original Central Hotel, in Dundas. There is nothing wispy about this architectural detail.

  2. The detail is beautiful. You are correct, nothing wispy about it! But I cannot say the same about the sky. 🙂

  3. Hi Lesley!
Your blog is a great way to get to know the southern Ontario area! We’ve been to Niagara Falls and the surrounding area… just a beautiful part of our continent!

Your photography is awesome! I browsed several of your recent posts… the windmills are beautiful, but how sad for the birds… I wouldn’t even think of it… so many in such a short time period!

The houses pictured in your “perfect peaks” post are so pretty!

Thanks for stopping by my blog too!
    A wonderful weekend to you!

  4. The building looks well-preserved, and I like the old name on the tower. Great photo 😉
