Paletta Lakefront Park and Mansion is located on a 14 acre site that at one time belonged to Laura Secord.  The mansion was built in 1930 and is a favourite spot for weddings, though the park is open daily and the mansion has several open house days throughout the year for the enjoyment of the people of Burlington.  The lawn provides a breathtaking view of the lake  and is a perfect spot for a picnic and for watching the boats and ducks and swans.

love to be around here in your park.

  5. Really lovely. Imagine building and living there. Chelsea Clinton should have her wedding here except it’s Canada and probably wouldn’t go over so well w/ her folks’ political friends. hahahaha!

  6. Oh, I’d love to see the interior of the house. Beautiful shot of the outside!
