This might be an otherwise unassuming house were it not for the pretty enclosed balcony with the curved, steep pitched roof and arched upper windows in the vaulted ceiling. The bright vestibule with the transom and sidelights provides a nice entry as well.

I just LOVE this house, Lesley. It is exactly what my husband calls “a Kay house” which means it has gingerbread and a veranda and an unusual feature like this wonderful room upstairs. Perfect!
