Far off in the distance and on the left you can just make out a white RCMP car sitting in front of 24 Sussex Dr. There really isn’t much to see of the Prime Minister’s abode as it is shrouded in overgrown shrubbery and set far back off the street. But this portion of the prettily lit view of the street is well worth walking along for its views of the park, the Ottawa River and various embassies.

Awesome! I love this pic!
What a nice street scene – I like the unique lamp posts.
I confess that I have never been there. So this is what the street looks like out in front of the prime minister’s place!
That is a nice street scene.
this looks cold here. but i love gray, gloomy and wet days. nice street scene.
Lots of lights for a short stretch of street. i wonder if the prime minister can still see the stars with all that shining nearby?
I doubt that Harper is a star-gazing kind of guy anyway!
belle photo graphique

I like the lamp posts. Like EG, I have never been there either.
Lovely!
A very clean and symmetrical street scene. Thanks for stopping by mine!
Good cadre and photo, too.
